Refund policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product must be in its original, sellable condition
- Return/exchange requests must include a valid reason and may require photo proof

Returns may be rejected if the product:
- Shows signs of use or damage
- Is not in original packaging
- Fails quality check

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for a different size or another style of equal or lower value.
- If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid prior to dispatch.
- All exchanges are subject to availability at the time your returned item is received and approved.

- A ₹150 deduction is applied to all exchanges to cover return shipping and handling charges.

Refund Policy

- Approved returns will be refunded via the original mode of payment.
- For COD orders, the refund will be processed to your nominated bank account (details must be submitted via email).

Refund processing timeline: 7-10 working days after the item is received and passes inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as sale, promotional giveaways,  or gift cards
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered garments
- Returns requested after the 7-day window

Return & Exchange Process

1. Email contact@your101wear.com with:
   - Order ID
   - Reason for return/exchange
   - Supporting image(s), if applicable
2. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll initiate the exchange or refund.

Return Logistics

- your101 will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner where serviceable.
- In remote or non-serviceable areas, we may request self-shipping to a provided return address.
- Only one return/exchange is permitted per order.

Rejected Returns

If your returned item fails our quality check, we will notify you and ship the item back. No refund or exchange will be provided in such cases.
