Shipping policy

Effective Date: July 31, 2025

Order Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 4-5 working days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Partners

- We work with trusted logistics partners such as Shiprocket to ensure smooth delivery across India and internationally.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location, courier availability, and customs clearance (for international orders).

Domestic Shipping (India)

- Standard delivery time is 3-7 working days post-dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

International Shipping

- We do offer international shipping to select countries.
- Delivery timelines: 7-15 working days, subject to customs clearance and local logistics conditions.
- Any import duties, customs taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Any applicable COD or express delivery fees will also be shown before payment.

Split Shipments

- In rare cases, if an order contains multiple products, we may ship them in separate packages. You will receive tracking updates for each package.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, your101 is not liable for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Unforeseen weather conditions or courier delays
- Public holidays or lockdowns
- Customs clearance (for international orders)

Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts:
- The order will be returned to us (RTO).
- In such cases, we will refund the order after deducting ₹150 shipping and handling charges.
- Re-shipment can be arranged upon request, but an additional shipping fee will apply.
