Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to agree to these Terms.
- Account registration requires accurate, current, and complete information. You’re responsible for keeping this information updated.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or at our discretion.
Product Listings & Pricing
- All products are subject to availability. We do our best to display accurate imagery and descriptions, but we do not guarantee perfect accuracy.
- Prices are in INR; GST is added at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees.
- We reserve the right to modify or remove product listings and update prices at any time.
Payment & Billing
- Payments are processed via Razorpay; card details are not stored on our servers.
- We offer multiple payment methods, including COD for areas where stocked. COD refunds are made via bank transfer - bank details must be accurate.
- You authorize us to charge the full purchase amount and applicable fees. Unauthorized chargeback filing may result in account suspension or termination.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 4-5 working days of placement.
- Delivery times vary by region and are outside our control (e.g., customs, external delays).
- International shipping is available; customers must bear any import duties.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- We offer a 7-day return policy. Eligibility: unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
- Returns incur a flat ₹150 shipping deduction, applied to all refunds.
- COD returns are refunded via bank transfer to the provided account.
- We may refuse returns of items that show wear, damage, or violate our policy. Final evaluations are at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted - please use the returns process.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
No Warranty Clause
- No warranty is provided after delivery. However, we assess claims (e.g., damage in transit) on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All content - text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and design - is owned by your101 and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce it without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use of our Site or products.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless your101 and its affiliates from all claims or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Termination & Suspension
- These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.
- Obligations incurred prior to termination (e.g., payments) survive termination.
Severability
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
Entire Agreement
- These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and your101 regarding the Site’s use. They supersede any previous understandings.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Revisions are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site implies your acceptance.
